Our History
We have been providing excellent healthcare services for over ten years in central Ohio. Over this time, we have provided service to hundreds of clients in seven counties. We believe in accountability to the client and the community to assist them in self-care and live more effectively with themselves and others. We have been priveleged with the responsability of employing and retaining a staff that is current in knowledge, application and conceptialization of professional practice. We believe staff should be skilled in making professional judgments and in applying client treatment modalties. We understand that continous learning and adaptation is the only way to achieve excellence.
We have a commitment to management practices, which facilitate open communication and allow participation in problem solving and program development and implementation. We continually seek new ways and means of being responsive to the ever-changing health needs in the community. We believe in the value of consumer participation in planning and implementation of service programs. As an adjunct to this concept, we believe that ongoing evaluation of our services is essential.
Our corporate office is located in Delaware, Ohio and we are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Upper Arlington in the Columbus area. This new location will facilitate the intake of additional clients and increase our value to you with a locally managed staff.
Our Mission
We will provide client-centered, quality, comprehensive care to those requiring home care services. We are tailored to assist the individual and family to achieve the optimal level of health, prevent institutionalization, and provide care and support for the family. Services are delivered on an intermittent basis according to a plan of treatment established by the patient/family, patient's physician, and the home health staff. These services are provided without regard to race, creed, sex or sexual orientation to individuals living in our service area.

- Our staff is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
